Booking Policies

Daily rates are in US Dollars and do not include 12% tax and transfer fees. They are based per room on double occupancy and are subject to change and availability. A fee of 10 usd is charged for a 3rd person. Children above 8 yrs pay as adult. Cribs are available upon request with no extra charge.

Minimum Stay Requirements
A minimum length of stay may apply. Please inquire with our Reservations Department or your travel professional to obtain current information. Christmas/New Year's season bookings require a seven-night minimum stay. Other major holidays require a four-night minimum stay.

Meal Plan Options
American Breakfast Plan = $4 per person,
Continental Breakfast = $4 per person

Deposit & Cancellations
Reservations require a major credit card as guarantee, at the time of booking.
For Christmas/New Year's season, special deposit and cancellation policy apply.

Charges apply if you reservation is cancel or modified with 10 days prior to the arrival day, depending on the notice given, as follow:

More than 10 days- No Charge
Cancellation or changes made 9 to 3 day before the arrival_ 3 nights
No show or Changes made after the check in_ 100% penalty

Arrival & Departure
Guests may check in after 2:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. daily. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
